We conceptualize, plan, organize, and execute complex corporate and mega events, shows, and large-scale productions – as a holistic partner for sustainable, end-to-end event solutions. Upon request, we also act as Event Directors, managing projects strategically, creatively, and operationally.
From location scouting and project management to budget control, show calling, and the sustainable coordination of all trades, we ensure seamless processes and impactful experiences. In addition, we offer integrated event services such as concept development, brand activation, and participant management.

INTERNATIONAL
We connect markets, people, and opportunities: As a reliable partner, we support German companies in Brazil by facilitating business partnerships and qualified professionals, as well as providing sound legal advice and operational management on site.
We design and organize tailored professional programs as well as economic, scientific, and political delegation trips between Germany and Brazil. In addition, we offer professional interpreting and translation services, support naturalization processes, and assist with company formation and tax-related matters.
MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health encompasses key factors such as job satisfaction, well-being, engagement, and individual resources.
With a systemic, holistic approach and a collaborative problem-solving approach, we support professionals through collaborative practice and individual psychological process management in adapting to and integrating into new cultural environments.

Interim Management is our flexible, temporary executive service during critical phases of a business. We support company formations, M&A processes, the safeguarding of going concern, management buy-outs (MBO), as well as restructurings through to orderly liquidation.

Petra Vanessa Enke Franco
Ulrich Schappel
Petra Vanessa combines psychological depth with a refined sensitivity to interpersonal dynamics in her work. As a licensed psychologist with her own practice, she has consciously shaped an interdisciplinary path—complemented by advanced studies and training in the Resseguier Method (JMR Brazil), Waldorf education, collaborative practices, and systemic law.
Her particular interest lies in how people can develop sustainable solutions together. This perspective also informs her long-standing engagement with Jungian theory and practice, as well as her role in the collaborative legal committee in Curitiba.
At Tudo Bem!, Petra Vanessa supports projects with clarity, empathy, and a deep understanding of emotional dynamics—always with the aim of creating spaces for growth and genuine collaboration.
She speaks Portuguese and German.

Ewald Stirner
Ewald Stirner holds a degree in public administration (FH) and has more than 40 years of experience in the public administration of Baden-Württemberg. His career has taken him through a wide range of fields—from human resources and energy policy to tourism and international cooperation.
Between 2018 and 2023, he represented the state of Baden-Württemberg as Economic Representative in Brazil, based in Curitiba, where he strengthened economic ties between Germany and Latin America.
Ewald speaks German, Portuguese, and English, and combines administrative expertise with intercultural experience and economic foresight.
Ulrich Schappel brings together strategic thinking, international experience, and decades of hands-on expertise in the event industry. After studying business administration in Dresden and spending formative time in the UK and Brazil, he began his career in the automotive sector before finding his long-term focus in events.
For almost 30 years, he has been shaping experiences—from initial concept to flawless execution—always with a strong sense for structure, scale, and impact.
As an entrepreneur and managing director, Ulrich led companies across automotive, tourism, and events for 20 years, helping them grow and evolve in both national and international markets.
Today, he stands for reliability, strategic clarity, and the ability to turn complex ideas into successful, memorable experiences.
He speaks German, Portuguese, and English.
