Petra Vanessa Enke Franco
The qualified psychologist, with her own practice, completed an additional postgraduate course and several complementary professional qualifications. These include, for example, the Resseguir method (JMR-Brasil), Waldorf education, training in collaborative practices (collaborative approaches) and systemic law. In addition, Petra Vanessa has continuously trained in study groups for Jungian theory and practice and is a leading member of the collaborative lawyers' committee in Curitiba with a focus on collaborative practices.
She works in offices, medical practices, institutions and gives emotional advice on Tudo Bem projects! Petra Vanessa speaks Portuguese and German.

Ulrich Schappel
The business graduate completed his studies in business administration at the HTW (FH) in Dresden in early 1997. During his studies, he completed an academic year at John Moores University in Liverpool (UK) and a five-month internship in Curitiba, Brazil.
Ulrich has been working in the event industry for over 30 years with planning, conception, organization, coordination and implementation of events. In addition, he spent 15 years in a managerial position as company founder, administrative director and managing director in the fields of automotive, tourism and events.
Ulrich speaks German, Portuguese and English.
The expanded team at Tudo Bem consists of specialized, experienced and long-standing experts in the fields of law, finance, health and events, who are consulted and involved on a project basis.
